1 Acceptance of Terms

By registering an account with phmasaya, logging into the platform, making a deposit, or participating in any game or promotion offered through phmasaya.app, you are confirming your unconditional acceptance of these Terms and Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

These Terms apply to all services provided through phmasaya.app including, but not limited to, online slots, live dealer games, bingo, crash games, sabong, sports betting, and any other gaming products or promotional activities made available on the platform, whether now existing or introduced in the future.

phmasaya reserves the right to update, amend, or revise these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on the platform with a revised effective date. Continued use of the platform following the posting of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes.

2 Eligibility

In addition to the age requirement, the following eligibility criteria apply to all phmasaya players:

• Geographic Eligibility: You must be physically located within the Republic of the Philippines at the time of accessing phmasaya services, unless otherwise permitted by applicable law. It is your responsibility to determine whether online gaming is lawful in your location.
• Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under Philippine law. Individuals who have been declared legally incapacitated or are under guardianship may not register or use phmasaya.
• No Prior Exclusion: You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order, third-party exclusion order, or any other restriction that would prohibit your participation in online gaming.
• Not an Employee: Employees, directors, officers, agents, and immediate family members of phmasaya and its affiliated companies may not hold player accounts or participate in promotional offers without prior written approval from phmasaya management.

3 Account Registration & KYC Verification

3.1 Registration Requirements

To access phmasaya's gaming services, you must complete the account registration process. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and a valid email address. Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

3.2 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

In compliance with PAGCOR regulations and applicable Philippine anti-money laundering laws, phmasaya requires all players to complete identity verification (KYC) before processing their first withdrawal. KYC verification requires the submission of:

• A valid, government-issued Philippine identification document (PhilSys National ID, UMID, LTO Driver's License, DFA Passport, COMELEC Voter's ID, PRC ID, or Postal ID); and
• A clear, recent selfie photograph of the player holding their submitted ID document.

phmasaya reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time where required by law or where the platform has reasonable grounds to verify a player's identity, age, address, or source of funds. Failure to provide requested documentation within the specified timeframe may result in temporary account suspension.

3.3 One Account Policy

Each individual player may hold only one (1) phmasaya account. The maintenance of multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are detected, phmasaya reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void any pending withdrawals, and forfeit any promotional balances accumulated across those accounts pending a full investigation.

4 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your phmasaya account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. phmasaya will never ask you to disclose your password through any channel including live chat, email, or telephone.

You must notify phmasaya immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized access to or use of your account. phmasaya shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized use of your account prior to your notification, except where such unauthorized access resulted from phmasaya's own negligence or breach of security obligations.

You agree not to share your phmasaya account credentials with any third party, permit any third party to access or use your account, or transfer your account to another individual. Accounts are non-transferable and may only be used by the registered account holder.

5 Deposits & Payments

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

phmasaya accepts deposits via the following payment methods available to Philippine players: GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), BPI (Bank of the Philippine Islands), BDO Unibank, UnionBank of the Philippines, 7-Eleven Cliqq, Coins.ph, and USDT via the TRC20 network. All account balances are maintained in Philippine Peso (PHP). Currency conversion fees, where applicable, are the responsibility of the player.

5.2 Minimum Deposit

The minimum deposit amount at phmasaya is ₱100 (One Hundred Philippine Pesos) via GCash, Maya, and Coins.ph. The minimum deposit via BPI, BDO, or UnionBank bank transfer is ₱500. Minimum deposit amounts for other payment methods are displayed in the phmasaya Cashier section and may be updated from time to time.

5.3 Deposit Integrity

You represent and warrant that all funds deposited into your phmasaya account are from a legitimate source and that you are the authorized owner or user of the payment method used. phmasaya reserves the right to request documentary evidence of the source of funds in compliance with Philippine anti-money laundering regulations. Deposits made using fraudulent, stolen, or otherwise unauthorized payment methods will result in immediate account closure and reporting to the relevant Philippine authorities.

5.4 Failed and Reversed Transactions

If a deposit transaction is reversed, charged back, or disputed by your financial institution after credits have been applied to your phmasaya balance and used for gaming purposes, phmasaya reserves the right to debit the equivalent amount from your account balance and, where the balance is insufficient, to suspend your account pending recovery of the outstanding amount.

6 Withdrawals

6.1 Verification Requirement

Withdrawal requests will only be processed for phmasaya accounts that have completed KYC identity verification. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱100 for GCash and Maya transfers. Bank transfer withdrawals to BPI, BDO, and UnionBank have a minimum of ₱500. Withdrawal amounts and processing times for other payment methods are displayed in the phmasaya Cashier section.

6.2 Withdrawal Processing Times

GCash and Maya withdrawal requests for verified accounts are typically processed within five (5) to thirty (30) minutes. BPI, BDO, and UnionBank bank transfers are typically completed within one (1) to three (3) business hours during regular banking hours on Philippine banking days. phmasaya reserves the right to extend processing times where additional security checks are required.

6.3 Withdrawal Method Matching

phmasaya reserves the right to require that withdrawals be processed to the same payment method used for deposits, up to the deposited amount, in compliance with anti-money laundering procedures. Any remaining balance exceeding deposited amounts may be withdrawn to a player's verified bank account or e-wallet.

6.4 Tax Obligations

Players are solely responsible for any taxes, duties, or levies that may be applicable to their winnings under Philippine law, including but not limited to applicable withholding taxes on gaming prizes. phmasaya does not provide tax advice and recommends consulting a qualified Philippine tax professional regarding your individual tax obligations.

7 Bonuses & Promotions

phmasaya may, from time to time, offer bonuses, free credits, cashback, and other promotional incentives to players ("Promotions"). Each Promotion is subject to specific terms and conditions that will be communicated at the time of the offer, including applicable wagering requirements, eligible games, expiry dates, and maximum withdrawal limits arising from bonus winnings.

phmasaya reserves the right to cancel, modify, or withdraw any Promotion at any time without prior notice where it determines that the Promotion is being abused, that its terms have been breached, or where continued operation of the Promotion would result in material harm to phmasaya or to other players on the platform.

8 Gaming Rules & Fair Use

All games available on the phmasaya platform are governed by their individual game rules, which are accessible within each game's information panel before play commences. Players are responsible for familiarizing themselves with the rules of any game before placing bets. phmasaya shall not be liable for losses arising from a player's misunderstanding of game rules.

All RNG-based games on phmasaya use independently certified random number generators that produce outcomes that are statistically random and independent of prior game results. Return-to-player (RTP) percentages for each game are disclosed in the game information panel and represent theoretical long-term averages, not guarantees of individual session outcomes.

Live dealer games are streamed in real time from professionally managed studios. In the event of a technical failure or disconnection during a live game, phmasaya will attempt to resolve the hand or round using recorded footage where available. Where resolution is not possible, the relevant bet may be voided and the wagered amount returned to the player's account.

9 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the phmasaya platform. Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to Philippine law enforcement authorities where appropriate:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other mechanical or electronic means to interact with phmasaya games or services;
• Cheating, collusion, fraud, or any form of dishonest play designed to gain an unfair advantage over other players or against the house;
• Money laundering, placement, layering, or integration of funds through the phmasaya platform in violation of the Anti-Money Laundering Act of the Philippines (Republic Act No. 9160, as amended);
• Registering or using a phmasaya account on behalf of another person, or allowing a third party to use your registered account;
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration, KYC verification, or any communication with phmasaya;
• Exploiting software bugs, technical errors, or system vulnerabilities — any player who identifies a bug or error must report it to phmasaya support immediately and must not exploit it for financial gain;
• Using the phmasaya platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited by applicable law;
• Harassing, threatening, or engaging in abusive conduct toward phmasaya staff or other players through any communication channel.

10 Responsible Gaming

phmasaya is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment for all players. We recognize that for a small number of individuals, gaming can become problematic. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered phmasaya players and can be accessed through the account settings section:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the amount you can deposit into your phmasaya account.
• Session Time Reminders: Set notifications reminding you of how long you have been playing in a single session.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend access to your phmasaya account for a defined period ranging from twenty-four (24) hours to six (6) months.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently exclude yourself from the phmasaya platform. Self-exclusion requests are irrevocable for the agreed exclusion period and will not be reversed except in accordance with phmasaya's self-exclusion policy.

11 Intellectual Property

All content on the phmasaya platform, including but not limited to the phmasaya name and logo, game graphics, software, text, images, audio, and video content, is the exclusive intellectual property of phmasaya or its licensors and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the phmasaya platform solely for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. Any reproduction, distribution, public display, or creation of derivative works based on phmasaya content without prior written authorization is strictly prohibited.

12 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, phmasaya's aggregate liability to any player for any claim arising from or related to use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the claim.

phmasaya shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including losses arising from technical failures, communication network outages, acts of God, or any force majeure event beyond phmasaya's reasonable control.

phmasaya does not guarantee that the platform will be available at all times without interruption. Scheduled and emergency maintenance may temporarily affect platform availability. phmasaya will make reasonable efforts to notify players of scheduled maintenance in advance where practicable.

13 Account Suspension & Termination

phmasaya reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, where phmasaya determines at its sole discretion that:

• The player has breached any provision of these Terms;
• The player has engaged in fraudulent, unlawful, or abusive conduct;
• The player is found to be under the age of 21;
• The player's account poses a money laundering, fraud, or security risk to phmasaya or other players;
• Regulatory requirements mandate account closure or suspension;
• The player's continued use of the platform is contrary to the responsible gaming principles adopted by phmasaya.

Upon account closure for cause, phmasaya reserves the right to withhold any balance pending investigation. Where an account is closed without cause (such as voluntary closure at the player's request), any remaining verified balance will be returned to the player via their most recently verified payment method.

14 Amendments to These Terms

phmasaya reserves the right to amend, modify, or replace these Terms at any time. Where amendments are material, phmasaya will notify registered players by email to their registered address and/or by posting a prominent notice on the platform at least seven (7) days before the amended Terms take effect. Continued use of the phmasaya platform after the effective date of amended Terms constitutes acceptance of those Terms.

If you do not agree to any amended Terms, you must immediately stop using the platform and submit a request to close your account. Your account balance (net of any amounts owed to phmasaya) will be returned to you upon account closure.

15 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. The courts of the Republic of the Philippines shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from or related to these Terms or the use of the phmasaya platform.

In the event of any dispute between a player and phmasaya, both parties agree to attempt to resolve the matter informally through phmasaya's customer support channels in the first instance. Where informal resolution is not achieved within thirty (30) days of the initial complaint, either party may pursue formal legal remedies through the appropriate Philippine courts or regulatory bodies.
